“According to updated information, eleven Ukrainian tourists received food poisoning in a hotel in Egypt. The consul keeps in touch with citizens. Medical care was provided by a hotel doctor. The condition of Ukrainians is now satisfactory, they do not need hospitalization. After the outbreak of poisoning, Ukrainian tourists were moved to another hotel, “Nikolenko said.
According to the Foreign Ministry spokesman, the Embassy of Ukraine appealed to the competent Egyptian authorities to take measures to provide Ukrainian citizens with quality and safe tourist services.
In addition, according to him, the diplomats reminded Ukrainian tour operators in Egypt of the need to promptly inform the embassy about emergencies with our tourists.
