Ukraine has not received a response to proposals to the Red Cross to open humanitarian corridors today, Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk said. The issue of opening humanitarian corridors for Izyum and Mariupol remains open today .
“In such conditions, we cannot safely take people out,” she said.
At the same time, today Ukraine continues to work on developing routes for the delivery of humanitarian aid. These are products and medicines to captured or surrounded Ukrainian cities. These are, in particular, cities and towns of Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy and Kherson regions.
“I will inform you about all the details and changes in the routes of the rubber corridors or the opening of new rubber corridors during the day,” Vereshchuk said.
