The head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration Serhiy Haidai said that people were being evacuated today. They are also currently negotiating the safe delivery of the next humanitarian cargo. Trucks are filled up – with food, medicine, hygiene products, clothes.

Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk stressed that today 10 humanitarian corridors in Donetsk, Kyiv, Luhansk and Kherson regions have been agreed.
