One of the four Russian missiles used by the occupiers to hit the Rivne region did not cause any damage. The chairman of the Rivne OVA Vitaly Koval reported about it on air of one of TV channels .

Context
The Russian occupation forces fired four missiles in the Rivne region the day before. The Ukrainian Armed Forces coped with three missiles.
