The Central Intelligence Agency of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has released an audio recording in which Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the National Defense Management Center of Russia, one of the criminals responsible for the destruction of Mariupol, calls his subordinates “bastards”, “scum” and “smelly roses”.
