The Center for Combating Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine states that Russia is changing the rhetoric about “US biolabs” in Ukraine .

“Russian media, using scandalous pro-Kremlin” Western experts “, have begun to spread information that” it may be years before the scandal with US biolabs and bioweapons takes real effect, “the JRC said.
According to the Center, “the Russian media has found no one better than US ex-diplomat J. Michael Springman, a well-known American friend of Putin, to play the role of a Western expert.”
“The change in rhetoric may indicate that Russia has not been able to come up with evidence that weapons of mass destruction have been developed in biolaboratories in Ukraine,” the National Security and Defense Council said.
And the use of Putin’s world-famous scandalous friends as “Western experts,” according to the Center, “may indicate that Russia does not have new resources to create more convincing propaganda.”
