The Russian and Ukrainian delegations, leaving the hotels where they stayed, arrived in Dolmabahçe to meet.
“It was seen in the photos that Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich also took part. Abramovich is sitting next to the spokesman for the President (Turkey – ed.) Ibrahim Kalin at the place where the talks took place,” the newspaper said.
