Aid from the USA for 600 million dollars: what will be transferred to Ukraine

The $600 million US military aid package for Ukraine will include ammunition for HIMARS, night vision systems, demining equipment and other “gifts” for the enemy.

“Today, the Ministry of Defense (USA – ed.) announces the President’s authorization of a reduction in security assistance in the amount of up to $600 million to meet Ukraine’s critical security and defense needs. This is the 21st authorization by the Biden administration to withdraw equipment from the Ministry of Defense’s stockpiles for Ukraine from August 2021,” the message reads.

The military aid package will include:

• additional ammunition for HIMARS artillery missile systems;

• 36 thousand 105-mm artillery shells;

• a thousand high-precision 155-mm artillery shells;

• four anti-artillery radars;

• four trucks and eight trailers for transporting heavy equipment;

• anti-drone air systems;

• demining equipment;

• Claymore anti-personnel ammunition;

• explosive ammunition and equipment;

• small arms and ammunition;
