At least 92 people were injured in a missile strike by Russian military on a convoy with civilians on the outskirts of Zaporizhia on September 30, and another 30 people were killed. This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on Saturday, October 1, on Facebook .

“Yesterday morning, the Russians fired missiles at a humanitarian convoy. The enemy attack claimed the lives of 30 citizens, another 92 were injured. Among the dead are two children, an 11-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy. Also, while performing official duties, a policeman was killed,” the department said.

In addition, according to law enforcement officers, on September 30, the village of Matviyivka, Zaporizhia district, was hit by missiles. The infrastructure facility and the building of the educational institution were damaged.
In Pology district, Gulyaipole, Orikhiv, Preobrazhenka and nearby villages came under enemy shelling. The Russian military drove at the dwellings of local residents, destroyed several industrial enterprises.
According to the facts of war crimes of the Russian army against the civilian population of the Zazaporizhia region, law enforcement officers collected evidence. Legal qualification of crimes – part 2 of Art. 438 (Violation of the laws and customs of war), part 3 of Art. 110 (Encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
