Head of the President’s Office Andriy Yermak began his visit to Turkey, where he met with baykar executives. He announced this in his Telegram .

“I started a visit to Turkey, where I met with the leaders of Baykar and visited the production facilities of the company that produces Bayraktar unmanned aerial vehicles. I also visited the Baykar Research Center, testifying to its actual discovery,” Yermak said.

During the meeting with the company’s leaders Haluk and Selchuk Bayraktar, the Head of the President’s Office discussed current and future cooperation projects, in particular on the production of UAVs in Ukraine.
A key element of strengthening the strategic partnership between Ukraine and Turkey will be the creation of a training center and a plant of the Baikar company on the territory of our country, as well as the joint production of promising aircraft engines.
Also, in pursuance of the instruction of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the Order of Merit of the III degree was awarded to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and technical director of the Baikar company Selchuk Bayraktar.

The Turkish company Baykar plans to build in Ukraine not only a plant for the production of strike drones Bayraktar TB2, but also a research center.
