The supervisory boards of five enterprises – “Motor Sich”, “Zaporizhtransformator”, “AvtoKrAZ”, “Ukrnafta”, “Ukrtatnafta”, which were transferred to the management of the Ministry of Defense – have been formed. This was announced by Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksii Reznikov during a briefing .

Supervisory boards have been formed, and already in accordance with the laws, standards of corporate governance, these supervisory boards will appoint current management, that is, executive managers, etc., so that the work of enterprises does not stop,” Reznikov said.

Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, who was present at the briefing ,pointed out that these five “enterprises should work 24/7 for the needs of the defense of our state.”
“These operating enterprises will continue to operate. I want to assure the teams of working enterprises that there will be no changes in the work of enterprises, only there will be more orders, more guarantees from the state regarding the work and production of your products. As for those enterprises that have not worked today, we need the products of these enterprises, the work of these enterprises will be restored, the labor collectives will return to work, and the technical potential of these enterprises will be used absolutely completely in terms of integration into the economy on military rails and orders from the state,” Shmyhal said.
He noted that the products manufactured by these enterprises are critically necessary for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the energy sector.

The National Securities and Stock Markets Commission (NSSMC) has published a decision on the alienation of shares of PJSC “Ukrnafta”, PJSC “Ukrtatnafta”, JSC “Motor Sich”, PJSC “AvtoKrAZ”, PJSC “Zaporizhtransformator”.
The assets of strategically important enterprises “Motor Sich”, “Zaporizhtransformator”, “AvtoKrAZ”, “Ukrnafta”, “Ukrtatnafta” were transferred to the management of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, indicated in the National Security and Defense Council.
