The occupiers do not release people from the occupied territories in the direction of Zaporizhia for 10 days. This was announced by the mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov .

“The Rashists have made a reservation from the occupied territories and are holding people hostage.
For 10 days, rashists have not released residents of the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhia, Kherson, Donetsk and Luhansk regions through Vasylivka towards Zaporizhia,” Fedorov said.
For 10 months, the occupiers intensified terror and complicated the evacuation:
- artificially created thousands of queues at block posts,
- introduced a system of special passes for travel, the registration of which in the occupation commandant’s office had to wait up to a month,
- a month ago, they stopped releasing men suitable for military service,
- Now even children, women and the elderly are not released. People who are still trying to drive are told to throw a car and go to Zaporozhye on foot. According to the occupiers themselves, the passage was closed until January 15.
“Residents of the occupied territories, who actually became hostages of the Rashists, believe in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and are waiting for de-occupation,” the mayor added.
Recall
On the strengthening of regime measures in the occupied territories, in particular that in Vasylivka the occupiers imposed a several-day curfew, restricting people from moving.
