The head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA, Valentin Reznichenko, reported that the Russian occupiers shelled the Nikopol district with heavy artillery .

“The Russians hit the district center with heavy artillery. A dozen enemy shells flew into the residential quarters of Nikopol. People are whole,” Reznichenko wrote.
In the city, several residential buildings and several commercial buildings, a car, a gas pipeline and a power line were damaged.
The Russian occupying army attacked Kherson with phosphorous and incendiary shells. Relevant videos were shared by local audiences and Telegram channels.
