This dessert is prepared as a custard, but thanks to bananas it acquires an incredibly tender and delicious taste.

Banana pudding is an incredibly fragrant and original dessert that will surprise your loved ones and friends. It is prepared simply, but not very quickly. This pudding will be the most tender and can compete with any cake.
Ingredients:
650 ml of milk
4 egg yolks
125 g of sugar
50 g of corn starch
pinch of salt
30 g of butter
2 tsp. vanillin
150 g of cream 35%
15 g of powdered sugar
2-3 very ripe sweet bananas
250 g of vanilla cookies
Preparation:
Separate the yolks from the proteins. You only need egg yolks in this recipe.
Pour the milk into a tall saucepan and add vanillin and a third of the specified amount of sugar. Stir well and put on medium heat. You do not need to boil milk, just bring it to a boil, but do not forget to stir it periodically.
While the milk is on the fire, do the yolks. Add the rest of the sugar and mix thoroughly, it is best to use a whisk. As a result, you should get a light yellow air cream mass. Now add the cornstarch and mix well again. The egg-sugar mass after the addition of starch will become denser, as it should be.
Now the egg-sugar mass must be mixed with milk. Add hot milk to the eggs very carefully and in small portions, because they can boil and then the dessert will not work. Therefore, first, pour a little milk, mix with a whisk until smooth, add a little again, and so on until you mix all the milk with beaten egg yolks.
The most important moment has come. Pour the mixture into a saucepan in which the milk was heated, and again put on medium heat. Whisk the milk constantly with constant stirring for 3-4 minutes. So the mixture thickens, will be homogeneous, and will not burn. Remove from heat.
When the cream thickens, add the cooled butter and mix thoroughly again. The cream is ready. It should be covered with cling film in contact (do not stretch on the pan/plate, but simply cover the cream itself with cling film), allow to cool completely at room temperature, and then send to the refrigerator.
When the cream has cooled, it should be mixed with whipped cream. To do this, pour the heavy cream into a bowl and beat until firm peaks with a whisk. Gradually mix the cream into the cream.
It’s time to collect dessert. You can use clear serving cups or any other form. But in glasses, the dessert will have a more beautiful look, especially if you are going to serve it to guests.
Slice bananas, break small pieces of cookies.
And so, put a little cream on the bottom of the glass and level with a spoon. Put a layer of bananas, spread cookies on them, cover with a small layer of cream, put bananas, cookies, and cream on it again. The last layer should be cream.
Send the dessert to the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight to infuse.
