The Embassy of Ukraine in Estonia has suspended the reception of citizens in the consular section until April 23 with a possible extension of this period.

It is noted that this is due to the introduction of strict quarantine restrictions in Estonia by April 25 in order to reduce the rapid growth of the population of coronavirus COVID-19. The resumption of the embassy will be announced in addition.
In case of urgent and force majeure cases involving citizens of Ukraine (road accident, loss of documents, death of citizens of Ukraine), the embassy asks to call: + 372-60-15-835, + 372-60-15-815, or emergency services + 372-58-87-44-77 (not for consultation).
As reported, the Embassy of Ukraine in Estonia has already suspended the consular reception of citizens in March.
