“Next year, we plan to digitize the high school and high school program (grades 5-11) in core subjects,” he said.
It appears in real-time – new lessons every week. Among the ambitious plans is to connect 6,000 social infrastructure facilities to the high-speed Internet, including all schools. You need to introduce a new topic on digital literacy or integrate it into computer science.
“If the previous techniques were popularized, it is now necessary to teach children from the first grade to use them correctly,” Fedorov said.
Children will be able to use both the platform and the mobile app to learn during quarantine, as well as learn about a topic that was missed in school due to absence or other reasons.
Recommendations have been developed for teachers to conduct blended learning and distance learning using the platform’s training materials.
The Ministry of Finance notes that on April 8 there will be a proposal to expand the functionality of the All-Ukrainian School Online platform, in particular, the “Teacher’s Office at the Higher School of Economics”.
This is an important new tool that will help improve the online learning process. With the help of the classroom, the teacher will monitor each student’s progress and arrange discussions.
As reported, on December 11, 2020, the Ministry of Education and Science, together with the Ukrainian Institute for Educational Development, and the Ministry of Digital Transformation launched the national educational platform All-Ukrainian online school for students in grades 5-11.
The materials published on the platform can be used for distance learning and for classes directly in the school. HSE provides students with video explanations, abstracts, tests, the ability to track academic progress, educators, necessary guidance, and examples of modern educational technologies.
