“The error of the long-term forecast is plus or minus two days. But so far it is clear that the whole week before Easter the weather will be sluggish, with precipitation. Precipitation is insignificant, but still, it will not create a spring mood. Apparently, on the day of Easter Sunday, the temperature may even drop a little, Easter will be cool, albeit without precipitation, but not very joyful, not an open sky, ” Vazira Martazinova, head of the department of climatic research and long-term weather forecasts of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Institute of the National Academy of Sciences predicted.
The weather forecaster added that immediately after Easter, the weather will still delight the Ukrainians with the long-awaited warmth. However, compared to previous years, the weather will be cooler.
Note that in May, Ukrainians will have three holidays: Easter will join the traditional May 1 and May 9, which is celebrated on May 2 this year. Three holidays fall on weekends, which means that the next working days will also be days off. In total, there will be 18 working days and 13 days off in May.
In the central regions it is mostly cloudy, + 12 ° … + 13 ° is expected in the daytime. In Kyiv, the daytime temperature will not rise above + 13 °. + 1 ° is expected at night.
In the west of Ukraine – partly cloudy weather, no precipitations. During the day the temperature will remain at + 12 ° … + 16 °, and at night it will drop to light frosts -1 ° … + 3 °.
In the north – sunny. The thermometers will not drop below + 12 ° during the day and will show 0 ° at night.
In the south, the air will warm up to + 13 °. It will be colder in Crimea: only + 7 ° and cloudy weather with clearings. In other southern regions of Ukraine, it will be partly cloudy. At night the temperature will not fall below + 1 °.
Partly cloudy weather is expected in the east. During the day the temperature will fluctuate at + 11 ° … + 13 °, and at night it will drop to + 2 °.
