1.853 Million Cases of COVID-19 in Ukraine

The Minister of Health of Ukraine Maxim Stepanov announced that in Ukraine, 1.853 million cases of coronavirus COVID-19 have been registered, the daily increase for April 10 is 12.1 thousand, a decrease compared to the previous day. High rate of hospitalizations per day, but less than yesterday – almost 4.7 thousand. Fatalities per day – 235.

During the past 24hrs, on April 10, 12,112 new cases of coronavirus disease were detected in Ukraine. 4,694 people were hospitalized.

According to him, among the new patients – 524 children and 181 nurses.

235 people died in 5 days, 5,034 patients recovered.

72,551 tests were performed during the day. Over the last 24 hours, the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Kharkiv (1,374), Dnipropetrovsk (1,333), Donetsk (839), Khmelnytsky (811), and Lviv (720) oblasts.

During the entire pandemic period, 1,853,249 million cases of COVID-19 were detected in Ukraine, including 37,014 fatal cases. 1,410,860 people recovered.

Vaccination in Ukraine:

– 4,048 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 on April 10, 2021, in Ukraine.

– 377,050 people have been vaccinated since the beginning of the vaccination campaign.

▪️ Vaccination was provided by 59 mobile immunization teams and 211 vaccination points.

▪️ As of April 10, 2021, 438,328 people signed up for the COVID-19 vaccination waiting list.

Over the last 24 hours, the largest million number of confirmed cases was registered in Kharkiv (1,374), Dnipropetrovsk (1,333), Donetsk (839), Khmelnytsky (811), and Lviv (720) oblasts.
