Yesterday, April 8, 2021, by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the updated Program of the second block of the Unified Professional Entrance Test (EPI) – a test in eight basic legal disciplines – was approved.

The purpose of the revision of the Program is to bring it in line with current legislation, taking into account the changes and additions.
It should be noted that the EHR participants will take tests in the following disciplines:
To inform potential entrants to higher education institutions for the second (master’s) level of higher education in specialties 081 “Law” and 293 “International Law”, the MES sent a letter to the heads of higher education institutions and heads of student self-government bodies.
the constitutional law of Ukraine;
administrative law of Ukraine, administrative proceedings in Ukraine;
the civil law of Ukraine;
the civil procedural law of Ukraine;
the criminal law of Ukraine;
the criminal procedural law of Ukraine;
international public law;
international protection of human rights.
In particular, on April 15, 2021, at 14:00 on the Zoom platform, there will be a presentation of the Program. During the event, the developers will talk about the changes compared to last year and the methodology of preparation for the single professional entrance test in 2021.
