In Ukraine, almost 1.861 million cases of coronavirus COVID-19 have already been recorded, an increase of 7.8 thousand per day on April 11, a traditional decrease in the number of cases on weekends. This was reported by the data of the system of monitoring the spread of the coronavirus epidemic on an electronic map created by the Main Situation Center of Ukraine in the Office of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

Over the past 24hrs, coronavirus was detected in almost 7,856 people in Ukraine, 287 deaths were recorded, 5,355 patients recovered, and 2,770 people were hospitalized.
The daily incidence rate traditionally decreased after the weekend, the day before found more than 12 thousand infected with COVID-19.
The largest number of patients with COVID-19 per day was confirmed in the Dnipropetrovsk region – 1,112, in Kharkiv region – 595, in Lviv region – 590, in Kyiv – 537.
Thus, out of 1,861,105 patients with COVID-19 in Ukraine, 7,856 infected people were found on the last day, which is less than the day before.
As a result of the disease, a total of 37,301 people have died in the country to date, of which 287 per day.
1,416,215 people have already recovered from the disease, of which 5,355 per day.
Today there are 407,589 active patients, an increase of 2,214 per day.
According to Worldometer, a resource that monitors the situation with the coronavirus in the world, Ukraine ranks 16th in distribution and 18th in the number of deaths from COVID-19.
A total of almost 1,861,105 people fell ill during the pandemic in Ukraine, of whom 1,416,215 recovered and 37,301 died.
Laboratories performed 40,109 tests for coronavirus per day: by PCR – 20,831, by ELISA – 6,133. They also performed 13,145 rapid tests for the antigen to the virus.
Over 8.6 million PCR tests have been conducted in Ukraine so far.
