It is emphasized that unlike most solar panels on the market today that use positive cells, LG uses complex negative N-type cells with a temperature coefficient of -33 percent per degree Celsius. The double-sided N-type cell structure also allows them to absorb sunlight from both the front and back. This allows the panel to deliver high output power, generating a maximum of 390 watts per 120 cells while minimizing power losses.
