In the village of Veliki Hlibovychi, Lviv region, unknown people set fire to grass, as a result of which three minibuses burned down.

The buses were parked in a private area when the dry fire spread to vehicles.
Two dozen rescuers put out the flames for more than half an hour, and minibuses belonging to a private entrepreneur managed to burn to the ground and can no longer be restored.
Burning of dry grass in Ukraine
In Ukraine, there is a threatening situation with the growing number of fires and areas of their spread, especially in natural ecosystems, forests, agricultural lands due to mass violations of fire safety requirements established by law.
In 2020, the number of fires in natural ecosystems increased by 50% compared to 2019, as well as the total area covered by fire – 4 times (2020 – 23 thousand 791 fires, 69 thousand 615 hectares, 2019 – 16 thousand 36 fires, 17 thousand 249 hectares). It is also said that the number of fires in the state forest fund has increased more than 4 times, and the area – 42 times compared to last year.
Last year, several large fires broke out in Ukraine due to the burning of dry grass. For example, in the Zhytomyr region, almost the entire village was on fire.
