Load
Sometimes (often) the cause of persistent tachycardia is detraining. Our body is designed to run away from predators and take long walks in search of food. The heart needs a load. Daily walking is ideal for beginners. You need to go as fast as if in a hurry so that the pulse rises, breathing is lost, and you are a little sweaty after 5-10 minutes of exercise.
Goal: 30-60 minutes daily.
Start with 10-15 minutes a day, steadily increase.
Any cardio load will do. The main thing is that it was nice.
Relaxing exercises
Exercises: yoga, breathing exercises, stretching two or three times a week.
Coffee
