Ingredients for the dough 1:
chicken eggs – 2 pieces
caxap – 150 grams
sour cream – 150 grams
soft butter – 100 grams
vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
salt – ¼ teaspoon
baking powder – 10 grams
flour – 220 grams
For dough 2:
eggs – 2 pieces
caxap – 150 grams
sour cream – 150 grams
soft butter – 100 grams
vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
salt – ¼ teaspoon
baking powder – 10 grams
cocoa – 60 grams
flour – 160 grams
Sour cream:
sour cream 25% – 550 grams
powdered sugar – 125 grams
vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
Smetannik cake: step-by-step cooking process:
We begin with the preparation of the dough. In a bowl, beat the eggs, add sugar, salt and beat well with a mixer until fluffy.
Here we add vanilla, soft butter, mix well and put sour cream. Mix, sift flour and baking powder directly into a bowl.
Knead the dough quickly and not for long: this dough does not like long kneading.
Cover the baking dish with parchment paper, coat the paper with vegetable oil (or a special non-stick emulsion) and spread the dough, level it.
Put the form in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
While the first cake is baking, prepare the dough for the second cake. We do everything exactly the same, only we take less flour and add cocoa.
Remove the first cake from the oven, check with a skewer for readiness and transfer from the mold to the rack.
And in a form again we spread parchment, we grease with oil, we spread a cake from cocoa, we level dough and we put the form in an oven: with the same model.
B sour cream adds powdered sugar and vanilla, mix well with a whisk. The cream is ready.
When the cakes have cooled, cut off the tops: so that the cakes are better soaked in cream. We do not throw away clippings from cakes: we will need them for a crumb.
We connect and level cakes, cutting off sidewalls, edges: at once y two cakes. Grind the trimmings with a blender.
Ha, the first cake spread half of the cream, put the second cake (chocolate), and smear the top with cream. We equalize both the top and the sides. From above we pour a crumb in an equal layer.
