The introduction of strict quarantine restrictions on April 5 and admission to public transport for special passes, including the subway, created a transport collapse in the first days of the lockdown in Kyiv.
People who did not receive their special passes could not get to work or home. This situation has caused a significant demand for taxi services and rising travel prices. Immediately on the first day of the lockdown in the capital, the demand for bicycle rental increased.
