SkyUp has canceled flights due to the optimization of the flight program, avianews.com was told in the press service of the low-cost carrier.
Now you can buy tickets for all routes from Boryspil to Germany – Berlin, Hanover, Nuremberg, Hamburg, Dusseldorf, Munich, Stuttgart.
Sales are also closed on the routes Kyiv-Copenhagen, Kyiv-Stockholm, and Kyiv-Ostrava.
The route network from Lviv was reduced due to flights to Alicante, Lodz, Bergamo, Paris, and Prague.
Return of tickets
Passengers will be able to issue a refund of tickets depending on how they bought them.
If the reservation is made on the SkyUp website, the airline will credit the funds to the balance in the personal account in the amount of the full cost of the canceled ticket.
“These funds can be used to purchase any tickets or additional services of the airline for anyone, not just the account holder. The funds will be stored indefinitely, “SkyUp said.
The passenger can also withdraw money back to the card. To do this, wait for them to be credited to the balance, and then send a claim through the airline’s website. The money will be returned after its consideration to the card from which the ticket was paid.
If the passenger bought a ticket in the agency network, to clarify the return procedure, you must contact the office where the reservation was made.
