A personal meeting between the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and the President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron took place in Paris today, April 16. The leaders also held talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel in video format.
Putin did not join during talks with Macron and Merkel.
