We offer to cook a delicious lunch or dinner – potato casserole with minced meat. It turns out ruddy, appetizing, juicy, and very tasty dish – potatoes with minced meat in the oven.
Kyiv. Ukraine. Ukraine Gate – April 17, 2021 – Kitchen
Ingredients:
(in the form of 20 cm x 27 cm)
Potatoes – 700 g
Onions – 1 pc
Tomatoes – 250 g
Sour cream – 200 g
Hops-suneli – 1 tsp
Stuffing any – 500 g
Egg – 1 pc
Cheese – 200 g
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l
Salt, pepper to taste
Method of cooking:
- Cut potatoes, tomatoes into circles. Cut the onion into half rings. Add egg, salt, pepper to the minced meat and mix well. Dilute sour cream with water, add salt, pepper, and hops-suneli, mix.
- Grease the form with vegetable oil and spread in layers: potatoes, top with sour cream, then onions, the next layer – minced meat, then grease the tomatoes with the remaining sour cream. Add to the form at the corners a little water (10-20 ml), so the potatoes will not be raw, and the casserole will be juicy.
- Send in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- During this time, grate the cheese on a large grater.
- After 15 minutes, sprinkle the casserole with cheese on top and send it back to the oven for 20-30 minutes until the cheese is ruddy!
