Zhevago was born in Elten Village (Magadan Region, Russia) in the family of a mining engineer in 1974. He spent his childhood in Dnipro Rudny (Zaporizhzhya region, Ukraine)

Since 1991 he has been educated at the Kyiv State University of Economics and has obtained a degree in accounting and analysis of foreign economic activity. Then in 1996, he graduated with a master’s degree in economics.

Konstantin Zhevago, a 34-year-old investor, became the first to bring one of his companies, Ferrexpo, to the flagship level of the London Stock Exchange, in Ukraine and Russia. Forbes magazine considered Constantin Zhivago the youngest billionaire in Europe who made his fortune.
His bank “Finance and Credit” is one of the 10 largest Ukrainian banks with hundreds of branches in Ukraine.
It controls advanced and successful companies in the mining, metallurgical, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, heavy vehicle production, pharmaceutical, and food industries in Ukraine, as well as in Western Europe and Central Asia. The Ukrainian Premier League football team owns Vorskla.
On November 1, 2018, Russian sanctions were imposed on 322 Ukrainian citizens, among them Konstantin Zhivago.
In 2015, he ranked ninth in the ranking of the richest people in Ukraine with a fortune of $ 0.735 billion, in 2017 – the fourth place with a fortune of $ 1.2 billion. It is now ranked fourth in the rating with a fortune of more than $ 2 billion.
It is controlled by the group “Finance and Credit” – one of the largest financial-industrial groups in Ukraine, People’s Deputy of Ukraine since 1998, Honorary Chairman of FC “Vorskla”.
