In terms of calories, such cutlets are superior to meat, the appropriate side dish for them will be mashed potatoes or a light vegetable salad.
Ingredients
walnuts – 100 g;
potatoes – 100 g;
onion – 50 g;
garlic – 2 cloves
breadcrumbs
salt, pepper – to taste
Cutlets turn out very tender, if you want denser – add a tablespoon of flour.
Preparation
- Cut potatoes and onions into pieces. Add walnuts, garlic, salt, and pepper. Beat everything until smooth with an immersion blender.
- Form cutlets and roll them in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the cutlets on low heat in sunflower oil.
