The European Greco-Roman Wrestling Championship ended in Warsaw, where Ukrainians won three bronze medals.

Viktor Petryk and Maksym Yevtushenko competed for bronze at the competitions.
In the final, Viktor Petryk in the weight category up to 60 kg fought with the representative of Belarus Gleb Makarenko.
Maksym Yevtushenko’s opponent in the weight category up to 72 kg was Ukrainian Roman Patsurkivsky, who now plays for Poland.
It is also reported that the day before, Jean Beleniuk (87 kg) won a bronze medal. In the match for bronze, he defeated German Denis Maximilian Kudla – 1: 1. Jean won the fight, as the last to earn a point. Prior to that, in the quarterfinals, the Ukrainian lost to Serbian Zurab Datunashvili. Jean got a chance to fight for the bronze medal of the European Championship thanks to the victory over Vekoslav Luburic from Croatia in a comforting fight.
It is noted that the Ukrainian Greco-Roman wrestling team took fourth place in the team event.
Ukrainian gymnast Igor Radivilov won a gold medal at the European Championships.
