Residents of Voznesensky, near Chernihiv, gathered for a rally under the mayor’s office. This was reported by the Voice of Ukraine.

There was a session of the village council, which considered the development of land management projects that provide for the division of pastures into two parts. People are afraid that in this way the public pasture will be significantly reduced.
The total area of the pasture is 48 hectares. The village council explains that there is a court decision, up to and including the Supreme Court, to cancel the cadastral number for the pasture as a single plot – they want to divide it into two, with an area of 34 and 14 hectares, respectively.
Since there have been previous attempts to take the pasture for construction, people are afraid that this is a repeat of the old plan, but in a new treatment.
There are more than 100 cows in Voznesensky, which is gratifying against the background of a total reduction in livestock in households. As a suburban village, the owners of cows sell milk, sour cream, and cheese in Chernihiv and earn an honest living from it. And the pasture will decrease – the herd will become thinner.
The entrance to the session for the agitated ascetics was blocked – the door was propped up with a mop. The villagers called the police. In the end, only one delegate was allowed. 22 out of 23 deputies of the Kiselyovka village council (the so-called OTG authority, which includes the village of Voznesenske) voted for the development of land management projects. However, they have yet to be approved at the next session.
