Joint-stock company “Ukrzaliznytsia” (UZ) resumes full-fledged long-distance trains in all regions except Zhytomyr.

Ukrzaliznytsia resumes full-fledged long-distance trains, the movement of which has been temporarily restricted due to lockdown. Currently, the quarantine – a ban onboarding and disembarking passengers – is valid only in the Zhytomyr region, “- said in a statement.
The press service reminded that cancellations and resumption of train stops in connection with quarantine are carried out on the basis of decisions of the State Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergencies.
What preceded it
Ukrzaliznytsia restores connections between Kharkiv and Dnipro, Rivne region and Volyn with Kherson and Mykolayiv, and Mariupol with Odesa.
Ukrzaliznytsia will schedule additional 5 trains for the May holidays.
