Ukraine has significant experience countering Russia’s disinformation campaign, as well as cyberattacks, and can share it with the United States and other Western countries to enhance its effectiveness in facing this challenge.

This was stated by Ukraine’s Ambassador to the United States Oksana Markarova during a webinar organized by the Ukrainian-American Business Council.
“We in Ukraine have a lot to share on this issue. We dealt with a large number of cyber attacks before they were discovered here in the United States, and we know what needs to be done,” she said.
It also indicated that Ukraine has taken certain protection measures and is ready to do so with the United States and other Western countries.
“Together, we can develop a plan to increase efficiency and effectiveness in a coordinated response to this challenge,” the ambassador said.
In addition, according to her, the Ukrainian side is ready to develop a dialogue with the United States in many other areas, including innovation and climate change.
