The IL-62M passenger plane, on which the presidents of Ukraine flew until 2014, will become an exhibit of the Aviation Museum named after OK.

Arrangements for the transfer of the presidential board IL-62M “Ukraine” to the State Aviation Museum. OK. Antonov was reached during a meeting between NAU Rector Maksym Lutsky and Director General of the State Aviation Enterprise “Ukraine” Anatoliy Mazurenko.
The plane has a great museum value, because during the international visits of the first persons of the state this liner represented Ukraine in many parts of the world, i.e it served as the same symbol of Ukraine as the flag, anthem, and coat of arms.
