Feed the family deliciously, spending only 15-20 minutes on cooking dinner. Try cooking mushrooms with garlic and an unusual cream sauce. Ease and speed of cooking allow you to use this dish as a “duty”. Its charm also lies in the fact that both mushrooms and sauce can be used separately.

Ingredients:
mushrooms,
cauliflower,
5-8 cloves of garlic,
bunch of parsley,
60 g of butter,
cream 10-15%,
sesame,
a pinch of sugar,
up to 1/2 tbsp. spoons of balsamic vinegar (can be replaced with white wine),
salt, pepper, other spices – to taste.
Garnish, also known as sauce, is offered to be prepared from cauliflower. Divide the cabbage into parts, pour cream over it, add 30 g of butter, salt, pepper and send to simmer.
Mushrooms for frying are better to use whole, ideally, you need to take mushrooms that have not opened. Pre-chop the garlic, cut the onion into small cubes. Lightly fry the onion in butter, send the mushrooms and part of the garlic to the pan.
After the mushrooms are browned, add a little balsamic vinegar and let it evaporate, then add garlic, chopped parsley, spices (thyme or dried mint are perfect). Stir well and fry for literally 1-2 minutes.
Boiled cabbage with liquid is sent to a blender, add a pinch of salt and sugar, pepper, sesame seeds and beat until smooth. It is important that no lumps remain in the cabbage-cream sauce.
Spread mushrooms on top of the sauce, decorate the dish with green peas or any greens, and serve.
