Ingredients:
250 g of tomato paste;
250 ml of water;
1 large bunch of cilantro;
0.5 heads of garlic;
0.5 pods of hot pepper;
1 tablespoon hops-suneli;
1 teaspoon of wine vinegar;
savory;
ground black pepper;
salt.
preparation:
Add crushed garlic, crushed hot pepper to the crushed cilantro, add hops-surely and savory, salt, pepper, add vinegar, and grind thoroughly in a mortar so that the cilantro releases the juice and the spices reveal their aromas more fully.
Dilute the tomato paste with water, stir until smooth, add the ground cilantro, and mix well.
Adjust the aroma and sharpness of satsebeli with the number of spices, garlic, and hot pepper, given that, after standing for a while, the sauce becomes sharper.
