As of May 9, 2021, 5,372 new cases of coronavirus COVID-19 were registered in Ukraine. In particular, 244 children and 57 health workers fell ill, 2,119 million cases of coronavirus COVID-19 have already been registered, an increase of 24.3 thousand on May 8, which is less than the day before. The number of fatalities per day at the level of the previous day was 193. Compared to the previous day, the number of hospitalized patients increased to almost 2.6. 862,641 people have been vaccinated since the beginning of the vaccination campaign, 862,639 of them received 1 dose, 446 people completed the vaccination (received 2 doses) (2 of them received 1 dose abroad).
