The Museum of Modernism was opened in Lviv – a new exposition location of the BIG Voynitsky Lviv National Art Gallery.

According to the event’s Facebook page, a retrospective of Lviv art unfolding in seven halls of the newly created museum, which visualizes the worldview of modernism.
The exhibition hall of the historical avant-garde and high modernism: the art of 1914-1939 begins. The last hall demonstrates the transitional period between Lviv modernism and postmodernism.
The exhibition presents works by, in particular, Karl Zvirynsky, Yevhen Lysyk, Lubomyr Medvid, Ivan Ostafiychuk, Roman Zhuk, Roman Petruk, Myroslav Yagoda, Roman Zhuk, Rostyslav Lakh, Andriy Sagaidakovsky.
