Such a quick-cooking and everyone’s favorite cake will help every housewife when guests are on the doorstep. It consists of simple ingredients, requires a minimum amount of time and effort. It’s just perfect for those who always have a lot to do. Keep the recipe, cook, and enjoy.
Required ingredients:
2 eggs
100 g of granulated sugar
100 g of honey
pinch of salt
75 g of butter
180 g of flour
10 g of baking powder
500 g cream
75 g of powdered sugar
20 g of vanilla sugar
We begin the process:
First, beat the eggs, salt, and granulated sugar using a mixer.
Then add the butter, pre-melted, and honey. Mix everything well again until smooth.
Now combine the flour and baking powder. Stir and send to the egg mixture. Knead the dough with a mixer.
Then take a baking dish and cover it with parchment paper. Distribute the evenly prepared dough and send it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 10 minutes.
Now we start preparing the cream. To do this, send sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar in a separate container. Mix everything until smooth.
At the end of the required time, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool. Then cut it into 4 equal parts.
Then stack on top of each other, generously lubricating each prepared cream. The sides and top of the cake are also covered with it.
We grind cakes and sprinkle them on all sides.
Send honeydew for literally half an hour in the refrigerator for soaking.
