Ingredients:
turkey – 1 kg
rice – 100 g
butter – 3 tbsp.
raisins – 50 g
eggs – 3 pcs.
ground black pepper
salt
Preparation:
Wash the turkey, wipe with paper towels and rub well with salt and ground black pepper.
Boil the rice until semi-finished, add the washed raisins, beaten eggs, and melted butter.
Fill the turkey with rice mixture.
Place the bird on a baking sheet or other heat-resistant form and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. The shape should be high because a lot of juice and fat will be released from the turkey.
Every 10 minutes the bird should be watered with the released juice.
Bake the turkey for 2 hours until golden.
Serve this dish with rice that was in the middle of the bird.
