In Ukraine, 2.175 million cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 have already been recorded, an increase of 24.9 per day on May 20, which is less than the day before. 200 people died again in a day. This was reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

In the past 24hrs, 4,984 new cases of COVID-19 have been detected in Ukraine, including 278 children and 97 health workers. Also, 12,845 patients recovered and 202 died from complications. 1,785 people were admitted to hospitals with suspected or confirmed cases.
The daily incidence rate is kept at the same level. The number of those who recovered in a day far exceeded the number of patients. This trend is observed for more than three weeks.
Most new cases were detected in Kyiv (453), Donetsk (408), Dnipropetrovsk (405), Zaporizhia (354), and Kyiv (348) oblasts.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 2,175,382 cases of coronavirus have been recorded in our country: 1,929,039 of them have recovered and 49,101 have died from complications. Today, 197,242 Ukrainians are ill – 8,063 fewer than last day.
According to the Worldometers website, Ukraine ranks 20th among the countries in the world in terms of the number of new infections, 6th in Europe, and 8th in terms of mortality.
Over the past 24hrs, the laboratories performed 62,577 tests for coronavirus: by PCR – 26,154, by ELISA – 11,454. They also performed 24,969 rapid tests for the antigen to the virus.
9.9 million PCR tests were performed in Ukraine during the whole time.
