Mushroom kebabs are prepared very simply and quickly, and they turn out incredibly fragrant and juicy, the main thing is not to overdry them.

The principle of cooking mushroom skewers is similar to cooking meat skewers with only one difference – both marinating and roasting take much less time.
Ingredients:
0.5 kg of mushrooms
1-2 cloves of garlic
3 st. l. oil
3 st. l. soy sauce
1 st. l. lemon juice
1 tsp. ground paprika
ground black pepper
Preparation:
Combine the oil with the soy sauce, pour in the lemon juice, add the crushed garlic, ground black pepper, and paprika and mix well.
Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth, dry, fold in a glass jar, pour the marinade and leave for 25-30 minutes.
Stir the prepared mushrooms on skewers and bake for about 15 minutes on the grill, turning occasionally.
On a side note
When buying mushrooms, choose small mushrooms of approximately the same size, then the kebabs will look more aesthetically pleasing and baked at the same time.
To give the mushrooms a special flavor in the marinade, you can add a little rosemary, thyme, or basil.
Mushroom skewers can be cooked without leaving the house, using the oven.
