Ukraine has invited French President Emmanuel Macron for a glass of wine in Kyiv on its official Twitter account.

“Come on, Mr. President Emmanuel Macron. The next glass of wine is in my Kyiv,” the statement said in French.
According to European Truth, the post appeared after a video appeared in which Macron raised a glass of toast in Ukrainian during a celebration on the occasion of the opening of the terraces of cafes and restaurants after a long quarantine. Macron visited one of the establishments in Paris, where he was treated to a cocktail. He raised his glass with the words “santé!”. It is abbreviated from “à ta santé!”, Which can be arbitrarily translated as “Let’s be”, and literally as a toast “For health!”.
At that moment, someone in the crowd shouted “Let’s go!” In Ukrainian, to which Macron responded with a smile and raised his glass and said – “For Ukraine. “
Earlier it was repeatedly reported that Macron’s visit to Ukraine is being prepared this year, but the dates are still unknown.
In April, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky traveled to Paris, inviting Macron to the Crimean Platform summit in August.
