An external independent evaluation has started in Ukraine. Traditionally, the results of the test in the Ukrainian language and literature are mandatory for admission to higher education institutions.

At the same time, in 2021, two tests were singled out in the list of subjects from which the external evaluation will be conducted: Ukrainian language and Ukrainian language and literature.
Therefore, the test participants had the opportunity to choose what kind of work they will perform during the external evaluation, taking into account the conditions of admission to study in their chosen specialty.
Testing will take place on one test day – June 1.
This year the test in the Ukrainian language consists of 40 tasks. Participants will be given 150 minutes to complete it.
The traditional test in the Ukrainian language and literature has 67 tasks. Each participant will have the opportunity to work on it for 210 minutes.
