According to the Minister, distance education will never replace full-fledged face-to-face communication. But it is an opportunity not to stop the educational process during, for example, the “red” quarantine zones, when visiting educational institutions is prohibited.
“Overall, we estimate a drop in quality of about 8%, but it’s not really critical. We understood that the quality of education would fall in any case. What does it depend on? If parents don’t care, in any case, even in distance education, the loss of quality is not critical, “Serhiy Shkarlet stressed.
