Spring is the best time to enrich the body with vitamins. Eat more first vegetables and greens, and preferably fresh. When heat-treated, they lose a number of their healing properties.

What are the benefits of spring greens? Strengthening blood vessels and the heart normalizes blood pressure and cholesterol levels, has a beneficial effect on the intestines and the state of the nervous system, improves the condition of the skin, hair, and nails.
The benefits of ground greens can not be overestimated, but, among other things, it has a special taste, which you can fully appreciate by preparing a vitamin salad of spring greens.
Ingredients:
0.5 bundles of spinach
0.5 bunch of arugula
2-3 stalks of green onions
8-10 cherry tomatoes
2 st. l. olive oil
2 st. l. lemon juice
1 st. l. flax seeds
salt
Preparation:
Wash and dry the spinach, arugula, and green onions.
Cut spinach and arugula into fairly large pieces, and chop green onions.
Wash cherry tomatoes and cut them in half or 4 pieces depending on their size.
Combine the prepared products, salt, season with olive oil and lemon juice, and mix gently with two salad forks.
When serving, sprinkle with flax seeds.
On a side note
Prepare and season a vitamin salad of spring greens should be immediately before serving, otherwise, the greens will let the juice and dry.
Flax seeds can be replaced with sesame seeds or add pine nuts.
