In connection with the stabilization of the situation with the coronavirus, Ukrzaliznytsia is resuming international traffic with the assistance of the railway administrations of Austria and Hungary.

“The first flight from Kyiv to Vienna will take place on June 1, so Ukrzaliznytsia passengers have a great opportunity to start their summer with a visit to Austria, ” the company’s press service reports.
In the future, the train will run daily according to the following schedule: it will depart from Kyiv Central Station at 14:07, pass through Budapest (at 8:20) and arrive in Vienna at 11:21 the next day. In the opposite direction (from June 2) the train will depart at 16:42 and arrive in Kyiv at 17:22 the next day.
Tickets for the train “Kyiv-Vienna” can be purchased at international ticket offices.
“Passengers can get up-to-date information on the rules of entry of Ukrainian citizens into Austria and Hungary, as well as citizens of these countries into Ukraine through official sources of the Ukrainian embassies in Austria and Hungary and their embassies in Ukraine,” Ukrzaliznytsia added.
