The Verkhovna Rada at its plenary session on Tuesday, June 1, adopted a draft resolution № 4690-15 on amendments to the agenda of the fifth session. The corresponding decision was supported by 235 People’s Deputies.

The draft resolution proposes to include 28 bills in the agenda of the fifth session of the Verkhovna Rada of the ninth convocation.
In particular, it is proposed to include in the agenda the presidential bill № 5369 on the liquidation of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv and the establishment of the Kyiv City District Administrative Court. According to the document, from the date of its entry into force, the UACC terminates the administration of justice.
In addition, the agenda was supplemented by the draft law № 3998 on increasing the minimum wage and in order to expand socio-economic guarantees provided to employees of the public sector, other employees, small and medium-sized businesses, in connection with the adoption of the Law “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2020”.
It is also proposed to expand the agenda with the following issues:
to clarify the rules governing the definition of categories of persons recognized as war veterans (№ 4388);
on the introduction of assistance for the economic reintegration of migrant workers (№ 4699, 4699-1);
on foreign investment in economic entities of strategic importance for the national security of Ukraine (№ 5011);
on deprivation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of unusual powers (№ 5052);
on the implementation of the National Plan for Emission Reduction from Large Combustion Plants (№ 5129, draft resolution);
on critical infrastructure (№ 5129, 5129-1);
about insurance (№ 5135);
on amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Principles of State Regional Policy” (№ 5323);
concerning the activity of temporary investigative commissions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (№ 5345);
on amendments to Section XII “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges” (№ 5370, 5370-1);
to simplify the regulation of labor relations in the field of small and medium enterprises and reduce the administrative burden on entrepreneurial activity (№ 5371, 5371-1);
on stimulating the development of the digital economy in Ukraine (№ 5376);
concerning deregulation of labor relations (№ 5388, 5388-1);
on strengthening the responsibility of parents or persons replacing them for the commission of certain offenses by their children in the areas of road safety and trade (№ 5396);
to ensure the activities of the Commissioner for Medical Affairs (№ 5401);
on amendments to Article 151 of the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine (№ 5410);
on amending Article 95 of the Law of Ukraine “On the National Police” (№ 5417);
on improving the activities of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (№ 5432, 5432-1);
concerning temporary grounds for non-application of measures of administrative influence for violation of the order of entry into or exit from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine (№ 5478);
on the peculiarities of the provision of electronic public services (№ 5495).
