On April 2, 2021, President of Ukraine No. 404/2021-rp authorizing D. Malyuska to sign the Agreement between Ukraine and the Arab Republic of Egypt on the transfer of convicted persons. By this order, the Minister of Justice of Ukraine MALYUSKA Denys Leontiyovych was authorized to sign the Agreement.
The Ministries of Justice of the two countries signed an Agreement between Ukraine and the Arab Republic of Egypt on the transfer of convicted persons.
On the Egyptian side in Cairo, the document was signed by the Minister of Justice of Egypt, Judge Omar Marwan. On the Ukrainian side, the Agreement was signed by the Minister of Justice of Ukraine Dmytro Malyuska in Kyiv. Ambassador of Ukraine to Egypt Yevhen Myketenko was present at the signing. To complete the formal procedures, the signed documents will be sent through diplomatic channels to Kyiv and Cairo, respectively, for ratification by the parliaments of the two countries.
